What should I do if I cannot teach one of my scheduled classes?
Except for emergency situations, Ivy’s expectation is that you will reschedule the class in advance with the student and their parents. First, try speaking directly with the parents and students. If this is not possible, send an email to the parents and copy the administrators on the email. Once confirmed, the parents will change the scheduled class time, and your schedule on your Myivy page will update to reflect the change.
